Helloo helloo! Thank you so much for being here! If you are new, my name is Anouline: I’m a fitness coach and a mom of 2 daughters. I help women, especially moms, with consistent workouts to feel strong and confident in their bodies without the overwhelm. I would love to assist you in your journey. For the members of my community, I am happy and grateful to see you here for another workout plan 🤗🥹 We have five 10-minute workouts per week - I strongly recommend to dedicate a time Monday through Friday. These workouts are pre-recorded, which means you unroll your mat, press play and follow me! I coach you and encourage you. Some workouts do not require equipment, some require dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells at this time, find anything that can be used as weights. If you have any questions or need some extra tips, make sure to message me.
